Moe's Burger Joint started with a simple frustration: Bridgeport didn't have a burger spot that took itself seriously without taking itself too seriously. You shouldn't need a reservation to get a good meal, but you also shouldn't have to settle for something that tastes like it came out of a freezer.
So we built something in between. Hand-forming every patty from locally sourced beef. Baking our buns every morning. Making our sauces from scratch — including the one people ask us about at 11 PM.
